Log & diagnostic data (IP address, app usage, crash reports): retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of deletion from our live systems.
Legal obligations: where required by law (e.g. tax, accounting, or dispute resolution), we may retain certain data for the period mandated by applicable law.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see "Contact Us" below).
